We are an established landscape design/build/maintain firm that is growing and looking for the right individual to fill our hardscape foreman position with our team. Applicant: The right applicant would be someone that has a positive mindset, that wants to succeed and grow with the company. Someone who has integrity, responsible, good work ethics, good teammate, communication skills, punctual, and overall good attitude and mindset that enjoys the hardscape field and growing through the years with our company. Requirements: Require to have knowledge of laying concrete pavers, travertine, natural stone, block Knowledge of flat work, walls, fire pits, and concrete work Minimum of 2 years hardscape experience Bilingual a plus Ability to read blueprints Strong communication between crew members as well as supervisor Clean driving record Operate machinery work within estimates and record labor hours for billing Functions: The hardscape foreman is responsible for the installation and management of each hardscape project. Will be responsible for operating machinery on the job, reading and following the blueprints. Will need to communicate with supervisor about materials, progress, equipment and production. Importance of keeping crew running efficiently, keep job site clean through entire build process, and able to finish job from start to finish.
