We are experienced real estate investors with multiple renovations and currently have a 1522 sq. ft. townhouse in progress. We are looking for a skilled, reliable subcontractor, with their own transportation and tools, who is able to do: Demo Work The Scope of Work for this project is: * Remove vinyl flooring from living room and dining room areas approx 336 sq ft * Remove tile from kitchen approx 180 sq ft * Remove kitchen cabinets approx 20 LF * Remove kitchen countertops approx 15 LF * Remove Sofit above kitchen cabinets * Remove bathroom tile on floor approx 45 sq ft * Remove bathroom tile on bathroom walls This work should take 2 men, 1-2 days. Our budget is $900 for LABOR AND REMOVAL OF ONLY. All you need to provide is your own tools and equipment to do a professional, quality job.
