Very rewarding, Fulltime and Parttime caregiver(s) position(s) available for kind, patient, understanding soul. Our family is building a team. Ideally we would like to bring 2-3 caregivers on board for our beloved, 25-year-old son, brother, and friend <3 He is a really great, big-hearted, kind man who is both very abled and disabled. The position is laid back, especially if you are interested in helping others that really need help. My brother (big sister, here <3) needs helpers. He is an incredible guy who will forever need assistance in his life. He suffered from a brain injury at a young age that has left our family needing, searching, and wanting to improve his health and quality of life. Times have been tough, but we have made it through with the help of helpers...this is where you come in. We need some teammates, willing and able to assist my brother with very simple tasks and reminders. My brother needs constant, gentle (yet firm) reminders to get him through every day. He needs assistance with taking care of himself (brushing teeth, self-hygiene, etc.), meals and cleanup. He needs help with chores (laundry, feeding the chickens, ducks, and turkeys...must love fowl creatures!) He also needs helpers to help him live life and have fun :) Some ideas of fun are hiking, bowling, dancing, cooking, listening to music, enjoying nature, or just watching a movie...my brother is loving, kind, and funny. He is affectionate and respectful. He also has an older brother. We three are all share the same values, manners, and respect towards others. My younger brother is nonverbal, so he depends on his family to speak for him. I am here to say, my brother has a heart of gold :) This job pays every two weeks, is flexible, laid back and with benefits.
