ISSUES: 1) There is dampness in my back yard. 2) The Lawn is uneven - and V Shaped" 3) There are weeds growing on the retaining wall (not visible on the picture as they have been removed) 4) Need a Flower/Vegetable bed. 5) One sprinkler head is broken. SOLUTIONS: 1) Dampness: Will need a French drain. 2) V shape: Need the place dug up to about 1.5 inches, graded and new Sod/Grass seeds. 3) Weed on retaining wall: Need place scalped, fabric cloth laid with 2 inches of mulch on top. 4) Flower/Vegetable bed: Self explanatory. 5. Sprinkler head: Needs to be replaced. Who can do this: You must be experienced, be a team of at least 2 persons, you can provide pictures and GENUINE REFERENCES. Please send pictures only to my email. You should also be able to clearly provide a DETAILED quotation with cost for material and labor. If I provide the material, it will be a "LABOR ONLY" contract./You must be willing to make a visit to my place to provide a quote. No exceptions. If we need to rent sod cutters or tillers, from Home depot/Loews, we will discuss that in advance. Location: Valley Ranch, Irving.
