New band forming: we are a Keyboardist and Guitarist, both singers, both in our 50's-60's. Both seasoned musicians. We have jobs and families. This is a passion project. We have a safe and comfortable rehearsal space in a Worcester suburb with a nice PA, intended to establish a fairly regular weekly (closed and non-smoking) jam session. Not looking to play clubs but MAYBE eventually private gigs. This will be about making great music with a fun but serious band of good people who are good players. Heavy drinking, hard drugs, and drama will not work for us. Please have transportation, good gear, and be ready to commit to this. The vibe is intended to be our own jam band interpretations of the music of Dylan, JJ Cale, The Band, CSN, Donovan, Petty, Beatles, Stones, Doors, Zevon, Delbert, BB, Eric, Neil, and a bunch of others...all in the spirit of The Jam Band format.
