We will train. - Health insurance available after 60 days / we pay 60% - Attendance Bonus - Seven paid holidays - 5 days of PTO after 1 yr JOB DESCRIPTION: - Cleaning swimming pools / testing and balancing chemicals - Residential & commercial pools - Monday - Friday / 7:30 am until the routes are finished. - Usually 8 - 9 hrs per day REQUIREMENTS: - Dependable transportation to work - Mobile phone - Pass pre-employment background check - Valid driver's license - Clean driving record / MVR WILL BE REVIEWED PRIOR TO HIRE - Ability to work independently - Good communication skills - Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day, extended periods of standing, bending and physical exertion. - Work in all weather conditions.
