Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Manage multiple profit centers: Car Wash & Detail Center Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving any customers issues or complaints. Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new car wash employees according to Onsite Dealer Solutions expectations. Implement car wash & detail center quality standards. Manage overall vehicle flow and production in car wash operation. Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash and detail center tools & equipment. Follow all compliance safety regulations; promoting safe behaviors to employees. Skills and Qualifications: 1-3 years Management experience (preferably at a Car Wash center) Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
