I need a love seat picked up from Aurora, Co ( close to Hampton & S liverpool St.) It will be waiting outside on driveway & delivered to my home ( 3550 S Harlan St, Denver, co, 80235 - 2nd floor condo, about 15 stairs). My roommate.can help you move it upstairs. It's 74"W X 39"D X 39"H and about 133lbs. Please text me if you have a truck and are available to do this before 6pm. Pays $40 cash.
