Part time to ¾ time, 10 – 30+ hours per week, more if desired. Day work, no nights or travel. Flexibility on work days & hours. Varied duties assisting owner or foreman in indoor & outdoor property maintenance, upgrades & improvements. Work entails basic handyman duties using basic using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, saws, etc.) painting, caulking, window & door repair, mowing, landscaping, plus additional work at workshop or boat for equipment maintenance & repair – not a boring job. Training provided. Basic physical abilities required to walk uneven ground, climb a short step or regular ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, able to work unsupervised and willingness to learn new duties and skills. Job offers a low pressure atmosphere, respectful coworkers and Starting wage is $14.50 per hour, raise after 90 days based on performance. Must be non-smoking, sober & drug free, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
