Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To: • Inspect completed work for conformance with requirements and compliance with building and safety codes and regulations. • Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in both rough and finished carpentry. • Knowledgeable and able to use all power tools safely • Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements • Calculate size and amount of needed material • Install window, door frames, doors, and frame by using raw materials or pre-constructed items • Able to work alone or with a team • Punch List Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience Schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits: Medical & Dental COVID-19 Precaution(s): • Personal protective equipment provided or required • Temperature screenings • Social distancing guidelines in place • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
