Our growing GC company specializing in commercial renovations in multifamily, hotels & nursing facilities is looking for insured subcontractors from all trades. We have a contract coming up for vacant apartment renovations between 2-10 units per month. Contract is for 3 years over 400 units. This is consistent work. We are looking for companies that have done similar type of work for other GC's in the area and understand the process. Subcontractors that work with us can grow their companies very quickly. We are looking for team players that want consistent workflow. We are looking for: - Licensed Plumbers - Licensed Electricians - Carpenters Licensed and Non -Flooring contractors -Painting -Tile Installers -Granite Installers Please send us your information, pictures and which property management companies, general contractors you sub work from before.
