The Elite Nanny Team is recruiting a full-time nanny who has at least 3 years of paid childcare experience in the professional field. We have a fantastic family who has a 14-month-old and a 4-year-old who need your love and affection. Job duties would include advancing the child’s language and motor skills as those are currently underdeveloped. The family would love for you to minimize your electronic use and instead create learning activities that spur the toddler’s development. Additional duties include meal prep, light cleaning, managing errands, and folding the toddler’s laundry. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant experience Up to Date on CPR and First Aid Certifications Some college education or graduate Knowledge of age-appropriate development of a baby Experience with tummy time, introducing soft foods, and sleep training Some Early Childhood Education Coursework Former daycare experience SIDS Certification Employment Requirements Proven experience as a childcare expert. Excellent knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities Excellent knowledge of emergency care. A team player with fantastic communication skills. A high school degree, GED or equivalent At least 2 years of paid experience working with kids in a professional setting Fantastic spelling, reading, and math skills. A car.
