We aim to provide physical, spiritual, emotional and psychological support with sensitivity and compassion and advocate for our patients to have quality end-of life options and to offer them comfort and dignity while in the comfort of their own home. *Volunteers are considered to be one of the most important members in our hospice team. Volunteers provide support in the widest range of areas important to the hospice patient, offering emotional and often spiritual support as needed through companionship. As a Armonia Hospice Volunteer, we will equip you with all the necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) to protect yourself and others around while visiting with pt/family. You will be able to set your own hours, days and times as well as be placed with a patient closer to your home/work/school.
