SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs various specialized custodial responsibilities throughout WCSD, including emergency response clean-ups (water, sewer, petroleum, etc.), hazardous material incident response, viral/bacterial outbreak response, impact cleaning at schools/sites, screening district gym floors, carpet extraction, carpet repair, minor maintenance repairs, and grounds and painting duties. Keeps assigned building area clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly; secures rooms and cleaning stations. Performs minor building and/or equipment moves. May work as a substitute custodian and as an acting Site Facility Coordinator and Lead Custodian. Performs related duties as required. Positions may be assigned to early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or night shifts on a frequent as needed basis.
