Epoxy Floor Coating Installer Industrious Garage – based out of Elk Grove Village, IL We are a growing epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating company that serves customers in the suburban Chicagoland area. We are seeking to hire installers to be part of a team responsible for timely and mistake-free floor prep & product installation. Successful candidates must be dependable, show initiative, possess strong work ethic, be willing to learn and take pride in their work. This is a full-time position with 4-5 days per week. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a crew of up to 4 people on a jobsite • Concrete surface preparation • Mixing, patching, joint filling • Polyaspartic/Epoxy resinous flooring installations using appropriate tools • Solid color, chip, quartz and metallic style installations in mostly residential spaces • Maintain a safe and clean work area • Use electric power tools as needed Ideal Candidates Possess the Following: • Good leadership skills (ability to lead and give criticism without causing conflict) • Dependable and reliable • Great communication skills (with customers and management) • Punctual and a self-starter • Ability to complete tasks correctly, timely and safely • Results-driven – focused on the quality of the final product • Knowledge of resinous flooring installation methods and materials (a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate!) Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in leading a labor crew • Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for travel to worksites) • Comfortable driving an F-250 truck and landscape trailer • Show up for work as scheduled and on time • Must have working phone • Drug free (zero-tolerance policy) • Ability to kneel and crouch over extended periods of time Compensation $22-$26 per hour depending on experience.
