HELP WANTED! Custodian/Janitor position available ATC, Inc. is looking for a full time janitor who takes pride in making a space clean after a hard days use. The job duties are as follows: • Clean offices, restroom and breakrooms. • Some shop area cleaning as assigned. • Empty trash receptacles. • Dust furniture and shelves. • Clean glass and mirrors. • Sanitize all areas. • Sweep, vacuum and mop floors. • Wash walls, windows and doors periodically or more when needed. Experience: Building and shop cleaning where heavy equipment is present at all times is preferred. Requirements: • Ability to carry out written and oral instructions • Great attention to detail • Willingness to learn Physical Demand: • Lift and move mop buckets. • Regular bending, stretching, lifting and reaching below the waist or above the head. • Walking around a large shop. Environmental Conditions: • The office are has little to no hazards. • The shop area has moderate hazards which include heavy equipment that may be in operation during cleaning. • Working conditions may include tight spaces, fumes/odors, wet and/or uneven surfaces, standing/walking on concrete floors and high noise levels inside or outside the shop.
