The Pool Connection Inc. provides services in every area of the industry. At this time, we are looking for immediate, temporary help, to open pools for the season. The position is anticipated to last about 2 months. It is possible that a full time position could become available for a highly skilled tech but at this point it should be assumed the the position will last 2 months. Check out our website www.thepoolconnectioninc.com Hiring Criteria: Ideally, we are looking for someone with industry experience! Applicants without experience will still be considered. You must be naturally, mechanically inclined. This includes but is not limited to, an aptitude for understanding basic mechanical device workings and the ability to take apart and reassemble said mechanisms. You must have your own basic tools (including but not limited to wrenches, hammers, screw drivers, cordless drill etc.) and know how to use them. You must have your own transportation! This position will require driving from pool to pool throughout the Denver Metro Area (occasionally we take jobs a little out of town, as far as Fort Collins or Colorado Springs) on a daily basis. The Pool Connection will pay gas allowances. You must have very good communication skills and attention to detail. The success of our business depends on good communication amongst staff, management and customers. Attention to detail is especially critical, as a missed detail on a job could mean major consequences for the property and our company. Memorial Day Weekend is the deadline to have all of these pools open which is no easy task. You must be prepared to work a heavy workload. It also needs to be understood that working hours are not set in stone, like 9:00 to 5:00. We tailor our hours based on customer needs (within reason of course) so you will need to have some flexibility.
