Alliance Commercial Maintenance Services is an established Denver based company that is currently accepting applications for all of the following positions to be filled immediately: • Asphalt - Supervisors and Crew members • Sealcoating and Crack Sealing - Supervisors and Crew members • Crack Seal - Site Supervisors, Operators All positions are full time, with overtime during full season. Includes on the job training and potential for continued advancement. Also competitive experience base pay. Additional Benefits will be discussed at time of interview. Qualifications and/or Experience: • Related experience or training helpful or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Speak English / Spanish -- Bilingual a plus • High School education or equivalent. • Must have reliable transportation or reliable ride to work • Driver's License Primary Responsibilities: • Assist Site Supervisor and/or Site Foreman on job sites. • Assist additional site and crew workers • Unload, load and distribute materials on and off site • Remove debris. • Clean up spills and remove hazardous material. • Direct and control traffic. • Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment. • Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance. • Move and lift heavy objects and additional physical requirements • Reliable transportation to and from the job site. • Follow all safety requirements and policies • Employee will be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions including: rain, sleet, snow, wind, and heat. • Work 50+ hours a week Call or Email your information (name, phone number, email ) to plopez @ alliance-cms.com or officeadmin @ alliance-cms.com, Call 720-450-1161 or 1-844-462-5542 **SI HABLAMOS ESPANOL**
