Need someone to babysit my grass until all of the weeds, bald spots, and dried grass are gone and replaced by healthy new green grass. You have to make several weekly trips to my property to go through the grass and pick weeds, add new grass seeds and replace top soil wherever needed. You have to tackle common grass growth issues such as: 1. Uneven growth in the shade. Many types of grass seed don't love very shady spots.... 2. Patchy slope.... 3. Weeds.... 4. Bald or bare spots.... 5. Damage caused by pets.... 6. Rusts (yellow-orange powdery spots)... 7. Light rings filled in with grass.... 8. Moss 9. Thinning grass 10. Suspicious holes 11. Grass not growing in shaded areas 12. Grass not growing in sunny areas This task is for a grass enthusiast. You have to be familiar with all of the problems that grass roots have, and know how to tackle the problem. The end result should be nothing less than 90% healthy grass. Specialist only.
