Fairfax Insulation Systems is a leading insulation contractors. Fairfax Insulation Systems installs insulation for Commercial,Residential and Custom homes. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. You will need to balance client needs and requests alongside resource management, milestones and schedules, scope of work, tasking, keeping the team up-to-date and prioritizing while ensuring the client understands each step in the project process. This position requires an extremely organized, efficient and effective individual. Excellent English language skills, both written and oral are needed. Spanish language skills preferred. Must have a valid license, clean driving record. Skills required to excel in this position include: Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers Managerial, communication and problem-solving skills Presentation and Negotiation capabilities. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their work.
