Drywall Mud/Sand Poorly Done Ceiling Joints

I need to have 8 joints on the ceiling mudded and sanded. Poor original work about a month ago. I’ve taped and threw on a first coat. I want to make sure they are floated really well and I’m not great at that Must be done by this Wednesday
