United Zion Retirement Community Full-time, Night Shift Essential, Primary, Position-Specific Responsibilities & Duties: Housekeeping and building custodian, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance of the building, cleaning of carpeted and hard surface floors, and minor maintenance. Minor maintenance and repairs of heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems Operate and maintain cleaning and maintenance equipment and machinery Maintain grounds for safe and neat appearance Report safety hazards in the building and on the grounds, documenting all hazards in accordance with Life Safety, the Department of Health and any other regulatory requirements. Seasonal Grounds keeping duties as needed Other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services. Position Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required 2 years experience in similar role or specialized training in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or electric required 18 years of age or older with a valid PA driver’s license required Ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
