Carpenter / Skilled Laborer / Craftsman Local commercial construction company specializing in tenant renovations is seeking an experienced carpenter to perform the below responsibilities (not limited to): • Framing metal studs • Hanging drywall • Installation of doors, frames, hardware and accessories • Experience installing acoustic ceiling grid and tile • Millwork experience • Assembling and installing store fixtures • Painting / Patching • Set up and take down of scaffolding • Professional demeanor • Must be friendly and trainable • Must have your own basic tools and understanding of how to use them Typical workweek is 40 hours 7 am – 3 pm, some nights and weekends on a per project basis Travel is primarily local during business day, although some out-of-town and overnight travel expected – per-diem / travel allowance available Requirements: 5 plus years’ experience in related position desired Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Must be able to pass criminal background check Microsoft office suite skills a plus Salary commensurate with experience.
