Rudeen Management is seeking a grounds keeper for our prestige's north Spokane property. Come join us and be part of the team. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for all maintenance aspects of the community’s operations and objectives. Accountable for: maintaining the physical asset, providing a quality living environment for residents, and establishing a positive and productive working relationship with the team. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, including but not limited to curb appeal, irrigation, vendor and inventory management, and preventive maintenance • Maintains the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, and vendors. • Compliance with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant, Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC • Consistently leads by example • Gather and remove litter • Remove animal waste • Trim and clean flower beds • Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. • Must be able to communicate effectively with all team members
