Washington based company seeking motivated individuals for LVP (laminate vinyl plank) carpet, sheet vinyl, wood laminate, covebase, wood base installation. Will train the right individual, our requirements: show up to work, be able to understand basic direction, be a quick learner, clean cut, responsible, drug and alcohol free work place, drivers license and transportation be under the age of 35, unless you are able bodied and have installer experience, motivated to learn the trade, this is a career not a day job. We pay based on experience, and raises come if you can accomplish goals, if you are experienced you will be tested and your work will be judged, property management hacks need not apply, unless you are looking to improve your quality of work and production speed. We are a family owned company, we build each other up and encourage the best from one another, must be able to take direction and eventually give direction and work as a team and solo, pay is 14-22$ an hour, 22$ an hour if you can complete jobs on your own without any of us coming in behind you to fix your work and you complete jobs in TIMELY manner. for those who are beginners LVP is the countries leading flooring product, property management companies, private home owners and even commercial businesses are paying good money to install this product and it is in very high demand, what you will learn from us can have you working for yourself in 4 years if you are determined. All interviews will be conducted on a job site and will be an 8 hour work day, to see if you can handle the work and will work well with us thank you
