Job brief We are looking for a warehouse worker to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Completes shipments by processing and loading orders • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; prepare items for shipment if necessary; placing orders in delivery staging area • Loads and unloads trucks • Enforces inventory controls. Does not allow anything to leave the warehouse without proper documentation • Completes necessary reports • Preserves safe and clean environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and warehouse neat and orderly • Operate a forklift and ensure that it is properly maintained • Keep all OSHA required daily logs for the forklift and any other equipment used in the warehouse Physical Requirements: • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards • Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly to employees • Drive a pick-up truck
