COMPETATIVE WAGES - GREAT BENEFITS - OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH Shifts Available: Day shift, swing shift & Night shift Great Western Sweeping, Inc. is a growing operation looking for quality individuals to fill a few of our driver/operator positions, broom sweeper and vacuum excavation truck. Individuals will have opportunities to grow and continue building their skills that go beyond the posted position, based on strong performance and proficiency. Job Requirements: -Minimum drivers license with Class A or B CDL endorsement. (preferred but not required) - Must be 21+ years of age. - Must be able to pass a background check, random drug and alcohol testing -Must have clean DMV record within last 3 years. -Guaranteed 40 hours per week -Mandatory Overtime during peak seasons - Must be in good physical condition, as this is physically demanding work and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. - Must be a self-starter, a team player, willing to learn and have a good attitude. Shift Schedule: Day shift- Mon-Fri or Wed-Sunday starting at various times in the morning (start times may vary from 5:00AM - 6:30AM). Shifts are 8 hours; additional overtime is required during our busy season. Swing Shift- Sun-Thurs starting at 3:00PM. Shifts are 8 hours; additional overtime is required during our busy season. Night shift- Sun-Thurs starting at 5:00PM (An earlier swing shift starting around 1-3pm is available). Shifts are 8 hours; additional overtime is required during our busy season. Raises and full benefits following a 90-day probationary period. (Paid vacation after one (1) year). Starting wage is negotiable based on prior experience and varies between day and night shift.
