Premium wages are available for people able to drive (mostly pickup trucks). • Do you like working with your hands and doing physical work? • Do you like working within a positive team dynamic? • Do you want to learn a new trade? • A good driving record required Seal coating – work as part of a team to apply protective coatings to parking lots. This includes thoroughly cleaning the asphalt, then applying a coating to make the parking lot look like new. Our sealcoating teams use powered rotary brooms and backpack blowers to remove dirt from the surface. They then apply sealcoat materials using a ride-on sprayer and large squeegees to work the coating into the asphalt. What does the job require? We will train you to know everything required, but you must be able to • Work safely and work as part of a team • Be able to work outside, frequently for long periods of time and in all weather (including very hot and cold temperatures) • Be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead • Be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds safely Our teams work 7 days a week and generally start at 6am.
