You viewpoint is typical racist victim blaming. It is par for the course that people who are confronted by the police, may not always act in a cooperative manner. This happens for any number of reasons. When I was a teen, (white boy,) I had a huge attitude. While I was not a thug by any stretch, I got into my share of mischief. When I was confronted by police, I was usually not particularly cooperative. Being white, my behavior was never going to result in getting shot. Police are supposed to use deadly force ONLY when justified. When black folks get shot by police, that threshold is frequently not met. Back to your Klan meeting, Oz.
