Lab needs home that can take care of him

I have an AKC yellow lab. He is 7 years old. His name is Duke. He is good with kids and other pets. Knows basic commands. Duke has some health issues, of which I am not certain what they are. His pads on his feet are thick and his nails grow very long and very quickly. He also weighs about 165 pounds and I can no longer lift him into the truck to take him anywhere any more. My husband passed away at the end of last year and I lost his income so I cannot afford to get him the medical attention that he needs, so I am trying to find him a home that can take care of him. He is current on his shots and takes flea medicine. I just want to make sure that he goes to a good home that will get the medical care that he needs. Email or text. My daughter will be handling finding a new home for him because it just breaks my heart that I have to let him go, but I just can't take care of him any more. Thank you in advance.
