We are seeking a highly detail oriented and driven Field Inspector in Corvallis for a local family owned property management company. We are looking for a master multitasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The Field Inspector will be able to assist the owners of the company and the Maintenance Coordinator. This includes effective and efficient time management, inspecting the exterior/ interior of properties managed and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace! Duties and Responsibilities of the Field Inspector: Drive around and inspect exterior/interior of properties Take pictures of exterior/interior of properties/units daily create accurate descriptions of work needed for each property/unit Perform interior and exterior inspections of occupied and vacant units Document condition of units (photo and notes) Post notices on main entry door of rental units as needed Put on and remove lock boxes and keys for vacant units Coordinate posting or emailing notices to tenants Skills and Qualifications of the Field Inspector: Ability to work independently with limited supervision Basic computer skills to perform data entry and basic functions in the MS office Suite High School Diploma Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance Job Details of the Field Inspector: Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm with Lunch 12-1pm Duration: Temp to Hire Wage: $15-18 DOE + Gas Reimbursement
