Description

I am so sad that it has come to this but my 11 year old cat is really unhappy. We got a couple kittens 2 years ago and Cinny just seems to hate them more and more through the years. I would have hoped by now it would have settled but she just growls at them all the time and that is how we wake up is to her growling. Cinny is a sweet cat but a bit kiddish when meeting new people. I really think she would thrive in a single cat home. She doesn’t mind dogs as long as they don’t chase her. Please do not consider if your dog has not been around cats before to know how they are. I am pretty sure the stress of the cats have caused Cinny an auto immune response in her mouth that can cause red & inflamed soreness in her mouth. It is called stomatitis. I have been giving her monthly cortisone shots but I really think it would heal up if she was able to get out of a home that is stressing her out. She used to be an indoor and outdoor cat when we lived in Portland but when we moved to the country she is afraid to go outside. She is a skilled house mouser tho. Other than her mouth she has a clean bill of health. And loves couch snuggles. Here are my proposals: I get someone to foster her for 1 month. I provide kibble, litter and pan. I think this could help with a hard reset for her to bring her some gratitude for her home & siblings. Or you try the foster and if you bond I would let you keep her if you vetted to be a responsible and happy home for you both. If you are interested I will be asking you some questions and bring her to you and would want to see your living quarters to see if you would be a a good fit. I love her dearly and need to make sure she will be safe, loved and cared for. $60 re-homing fee.
