Move chunk of concrete

I have a big piece of concrete that they neighbors (prior owner) knocked onto my fence. I need it moved off so I can fix my fence. It's too big for me and I don't have (or want to buy) any tools that could do this. You don't have to relocate it or anything, just pull it about a foot or two away from my fence posts so I have room to re-dig them. I think two strong guys could probably move it, maybe with a pry bar (I don't have). It's dimensions are 7' x 1.5' x 1'. Or maybe a rope/tow with a vehicle would be easiest.
