Property Maintenance Team Member We are looking for a Maintenance team member / Tech to represent a local property management company/property maintenance company. Our company is growing at a rapid rate and there will be room for growth opportunities. Full-time hours and a company vehicle Expectations: The individual qualified for this position will be able to provide work in the following areas: -Painting and touch up -Drywall repairs -Minor plumbing - Toilet repair and replacement, sink repair and garbage disposal install. -Minor electrical - Removal and install of new fixtures, outlets, and switches. -Complete maintenance repairs as directed by the maintenance coordinator Must Haves: -Personal skills to work with a maintenance team and tenants -Be able to work on a schedule and problem solve -A keen eye for quality work and clean space -*Clean background check* - Clean driving record to operate a company vehicle Benefits: Dental, Teledoc paid for by employer
