Experienced Automotive, Hotel, Construction, Appliance or RV Service, Military Experience are a plus, but NOT required. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn and a team player. Our Technicians are an integral part of our company keeping families camping and creating lifetime memories. If selected Enjoy: - $40,000 to $75,000+ realistic earning potential - Medical Insurance, vision and dental option, 401K and Profit Sharing - Fast paced, hectic, friendly, drug free environment with a nationally certified team - PTO - Paid Time Off for vacation, holidays, etc. Some, not all Responsibilities: Repairs coach and appliance related issues in RV’s within dealership and manufacturer quality and time standards. Performs repairs as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory time allowances and standards. Diagnoses cause of malfunction. Examines RV to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Advises service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be made or if estimate is not accurate. Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts availability and price. Documents work performed and recommended on the repair order. Ensures customers’ RV’s are kept clean; notifies service advisor immediately if anything has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle. Keeps shop area neat and clean. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. No off-the-clock work allowed.
