Handyman Needed for Light Renovation of House

I have a 2-br, 1 bath rental house in Leavenworth that I need a few things done to before it’s ready to rent. It’s pretty light work, but I live in Kansas City, so I need a hand with getting it done. Work involves patching & painting, cleaning, installing a new oven and refrigerator, a little bit of clean up outside the property. This week I need to collect estimates for the work. I will pay for all materials. There’s a Home Depot location right around the corner, so that should work well. I need the work completed pretty quickly as I am hoping to get renters in there in the next few weeks. I need a contractor who is able to help me coordinate all the details with the purchase of the materials, and who is able to finish the job in fairly short order. I’m a property investor in Kansas City, but I’m looking to expand into Kansas. When this job is completed, I’ll be looking for my next investment. Hopefully we can work together again!
