Wilhoit Properties, Inc is in need of a Maintenance Technician Supervisor at our Lakewood Terrace apartment community in Belton, MO. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs. The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site maintenance staff which may include Third Party Vendors, such as housekeeping, snow removal, lawn care. Inspect the apartment community in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal, perform service requests in occupied apartments, ensure that all vacant apartments are thoroughly restored to "market ready" condition in a timely manner.
