Handyman/woman for Airbnb Properties

I need a reliable handyman/woman to be my maintenance person for all of my Airbnb properties. Everything from HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance issues, seasonal maintenance... you name it I need it. You must be reliable and able to work at a moments notice at any time of day. I am a realtor and would also need help with my other housing projects.
