Need Handyman or Garage Door Specialist ASAP

I am need a professional handyman or garage door specialist to fix a fairly simple issue with my garage door tensioners. The tensioners have come loose on both sides and one of them seems bent. I am no longer able to lift my garage door with the garage door opener. See the pictures for more detail. This should take any professional who is familiar with garage doors to be able to fix this in 30 minutes or less. I am paying $65 cash to fix it and you buy any additional parts that might be required. I do not think you need anything more than $10 in parts IF that.
