EIFS RESTORATION project consisting of: APPROXIMATELY 1400 SQFT IN TOTAL
-removing sign, patching, replacing with new foam sign.
-repairing / patching EIFS damage.
-repairing / patching cracks in EIFS.
-high impact mesh to be installed in certain areas.
-2 finish colors to be used.
-material and man lift[s] supplied by owner.
-quick pay.
MUST be a legitimate subcontractor with experience in doing this kind of work.
