Experience Requirements: Willing to TRAIN the Right Person - Must Be Willing to Learn We Welcome Lawn Applicators from other Companies - looking for a Change Our Company Cares about it's Employees Task: Applying Fertilizers, Weed Control and Pesticide Applications to Properties (according to label instructions and Pennsylvania Turf Safety Procedures) Aeration and Seeding Diagnosis Lawn Problems; and Recommend Treatment Must have Excellent Telephone Communication and In-person Communication skills with customers Responsible for completing daily forms and record keeping (must be an organized person) Equipment Calibration. Responsible for Driving Company Truck & amp; maintaining vehicle cleanliness, general maintenance. Ability to operate various turf equipment (Forklift, Z-Sprayer,etc..)
