Please apply on our website at Full-time · $11 - $12 / hour 5800 N Palafox Street, Pensacola, FL 32503 Job duties include but are not limited to: Operation of heavy machinery -Squeegee machine -Compacter -Forklifts -Sealcoat rig -Kubota Tractor Prepping parking lots -blow off debris, shovel/sweep debris -Applying sealcoating Planning /Laying out parking lot -spacing -handicap spacing -goring -fire lanes -traffic flow -directional arrows -parking signs Striping (painting) -Using striping machine to spray on -directional arrows -parking spaces -goring Sealcoating parking lots -Spray on sealcoating -Some hand-squeegee work -Pothole patching -Parking sign installation -Maintaining good housekeeping and safety regulations Requirements: – High School education/GED, or equivalent education and experience. – Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, and kneel. – Knowledge of basic tools and their uses – Basic mathematical and measurement skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication) – Must be able to tolerate working in non-climate controlled outdoor conditions – Maintain reliable attendance and performance, meeting company standards, and maintain a positive attitude – Must have a valid FL driver’s license, clean driving record, be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Pay: Our pay rates depend on experience and start at a highly competitive base pay. Experience driving heavy machinery including forklifts, Bobcats and/or large tractors is a plus.
