!!!!!!LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! We are currently looking a full time Maintenance employee to join out team. You will be required to do all types of maintenance, Carpentry, plumbing, flooring, light electrical and remodeling, some grounds work. Pay will be based on experience *Must have reliable transportation. *Must be dependable, ON TIME daily, and have good work ethic. *Must be professional at all times *Must have a valid driver’s license *Must be able to haul your supplies to and from the apartment and lift 50+ lbs * Must be able to pass a background Check *Must be able to pass a drug screening Previous experience in apartment community preferred Hours are Full Time Mon - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional nigh and weekend when on call. !!!!
