We own a Gardening & Landscaping company that we started 4 years ago and this year we are blowing up! So we need help! First answer these questions.....if all of the answers are YES, then keep reading! Do you want to work outside as a gardener or landscaper? Do you have a positive attitude? Are you coming with the good vibes? Are you a really really good worker? Can you do things the way we want it done? If you answered YES...then we want to hear from you. This isn't your typical average landscaping company. We work hard here, we choose to work 6 days a week during the busy seasons because we like to take off for 2-3 months during the winter. I don't believe in being anybody's "boss", you are the boss of your life and I'm the boss of mine. We don't care if you are 5 minutes late to work. We don't mind if you want to take time off for vacation as long as you let us know. We aren't going to trip on the small stuff but we expect you to be at work the days you agree to work and to really do your best. What we are really looking for is someone who takes pride in their work and does things right, someone who works efficiently and with a sense of urgency, and has an upbeat, positive vibe. No complaining, no negativity, no laziness, no disrespect. Just a healthy, happy, productive work environment. We believe your job should be a comfortable place where you can come and work hard and be happy to be outside enjoying the beautiful fresh air and using your body and feeling alive. We get to help numerous people in our community by creating a peaceful, clean outdoor space for them. It's a great thing that we are healthy and strong enough to do this kind of work, and we want to pay well for a job well done! For Landscapers job duties will include: Rock, sod, & mulch installation/removal, installing edging/retaining walls, leaf/debris clean ups, tree-trimming, planting, fence building and more... For Gardeners job duties will include: spring/fall clean ups, shrub pruning, perennial pruning, weed/grass removal from mulch & rocks, planting, mulch installation... So let us know if you are interested in Landscaping or Gardening, part-time, full-time, and/or weekends...and how many hours a day do you want to work? We have lots of work so we are looking to interview people ASAP this week! Experience is definitely preferred so we don't have to start from scratch but it's not necessary...maybe you have had other types of labor experience and want to try something new.
