Landscape Maintenance (Worker Drivers License is a MUST!!!!) Trabajador De Mantenimiento Job Description A Landscape Maintenance Worker will maintain our commercial and HOA accounts by mowing, string trimming, edging, shrub trimming, etc. Responsibilities • Use equipment safely and efficiently • Report any issues seen outside of task performed while working • Report to work on time • Available for snow removal at a moment’s notice Responsabilidades • Usar el equipo correctamente y con eficiencia • Reportarse a tiempo • Disponible para quitar nieve al ser llamado Safety Maintenance and Training • Make sure that all equipment and trailers are loaded or attached properly and are to DOT specifications • Maintain trucks, trailers and equipment on a regular basis to prevent field failures and safety hazards • Awareness of aging tools that may need replacement or repair Requirements • Valid Colorado drivers’ license • Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week if needed • No scheduling conflicts • Positive attitude and work ethic • Must be able to work at a fast pace in the heat of the summer on a daily basis • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Available for snow removal at a moments notice Preferred Skills • Proficient in mowing (commercial mowers) and string trimming Salary • $13-18/hr.
