MUST: show up for work (we don’t like excuses) Have communication skills Be able to lift 100+ lbs Be presentable & teachable Pass drug screen (420 friendly) Big Plus: have reliable transportation drivers license clean background have your own tools, dolly have experience have construction background This job is simply not for everyone.
