Manhattan Yacht Club is looking for a super-friendly Race Manager for Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoon races from mid-May thru mid-October. Great part-time role where you get to be outdoors. About Us: Manhattan Yacht Club is the premier sailing club in New York Harbor with over 400 members. Our fleet of J/24 sailboats race every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and our members race Sunfish dinghies Saturday afternoons. Job Description: Includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: • Welcoming, cheerful demeanor • Driving a RIB to/from race course with Club members • Setting & pulling race marks • Monitoring race in action to ensure Club rules are followed Requirements: • Experience driving motor boat • Physical ability set and pull race course markers and be outdoors in summer temperatures for periods of time. Not Remote Work. Part-Time. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 5:45PM, plus Saturday afternoons.
