Looking for maintenance technician to service rental properties. Must be able to do minimum electric, plumbing and carpentry. Must have own vehicles and tools. Must be able to schedule and make appointments. Must work in a professional and timely manner. Must be flexible for weekend emergencies calls. Paid depending on skill set. Starting 1099 contractor with possibly as w-2 employee.
