Looking for quotes on sweating or preferably pro-press fitting 2 compression shut off valves on my copper pipes behind the shower wall.
I want a plumber or handyman to:
1. remove the existing shower valve(standard shower valve as seen in photos linked at bottom)
2. add a Compression Shut-Off Valve to each of the hot and cold lines copper pipes.
I'm installing a newer shower system myself afterwards but never sweated copper pipe before. Figured I'd hire a pro.
I'll remove the wall space you need to do the job prior(just tell me dimensions), although if you got a good price on removing the wall space. I can hire you to do that too.
I can buy the compression valves or you can and I'll add them to the quote.
2 hour time limit on pipes since it's an apartment that will shut off the water.

Notes: There is a stripped screw preventing me from removing the existing bathtub faucet hence why limited photos of behind the wall. Since we're cutting out/removing the shower valve entirely, it's not an issue. There is about 2 feet of space at least with at least 1 foot of space left and right each. Ideally pro-press fittings so I'm not tearing out a giant 2 foot by 2 foot hole in my shower wall.
