Overpour of concrete garage floor OR Ext trim rot repair

I have two separate jobs. I don't expect the same person to do them. If you can do either, and do it well, email me back. Job #1: My attached garage floor that has sunk 2 - 3 inches at the back/deep end. A structural engineer says a concrete overpour should be done so that the floor tilts slightly towards the front of the garage so that gas fumes don't accumulate in the back. The garage measures 24 x 22 feet. See photos. I will remove everything from the garage - it will be empty - for your work. Preference given to someone who has a license or certification for this kind of work, if that exists. Job #2 has two parts. Part A: the top frame of a window is rotten and needs to be replaced and painted. I have the matching paint. This is an easy job except for the location of the window - it is at the (3rd floor) attic. See upper red arrow in photo. The window is easily accessible from the attic, but that involves walking through the house, which I would like to avoid. You can also access it (and the siding below) from a ladder placed in our driveway. Part B: the edge of the siding along the roof line is too close to the flashing of the roof and has rotted. See lower red arrow in photo. I would like you to trim the siding along that roof line back about an inch or so from the shingles. This should be a simple job with a multitool. I have the blade if you need. The only hard part is the angle of the roof you will be working on. As job #2 involves some hazard because of the height you will need to show me proof of liability and workman's comp insurance. Let me know which job you can do and your experience and training, and a way to reach you. I may ask for references. If you have an idea of price that would be great, but I am also happy to have you come by and give me an estimate.
